1. What this platform is
social.adonait.com is a social network and classifieds for everything home: housing, rooms and roommates, home and pet services, jobs, and buying/selling/giving away items. Operated by Adonait Business LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage.
2. We are a venue, not a party
Adonait provides the space to post and connect. We are NOT a party to any agreement, rental, hire, sale or service between users, we do not vet them, and we do not guarantee listings, prices or people. Any deal, payment and contract is solely between the parties.
3. Fair Housing
Housing, room and roommate posts must comply with the Fair Housing Act. Stating preferences, limitations or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or familial status is prohibited. Discriminatory posts will be removed.
4. Community rules
Not allowed: scams and advance-fee schemes, illegal content, weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, spam, harassment, impersonation and adult content. Post truthful information and only what you have the right to offer.
5. Safety
Meet in public places, never wire money in advance, be wary of deals that look too good, and verify the property or service before paying. Never share banking details or passwords. Report any suspicious listing.
6. Privacy
The contact details you post (phone, email) are visible so people can reach you and are your responsibility. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and storage. We do not sell your information. You can edit or delete your posts and your account.
7. Disclaimer
Content is provided "as is", without warranties. Property data may come from the MLS and is not guaranteed; always verify independently. Adonait is not liable for losses arising from use of the platform or from dealings between users.
